Using myofascial release techniques the fascial system is released, balanced and integrated leading to the feeling of increased comfort throughout the body. <a href="somatics.php" title="Somatics" class="menuLink" >Somatic</a> Movement Education is a system of mindful movement which works on improving functional movements related to the breath, the posture and simple movements, leading to a greater efficiency of movement.

Fees

The following treatments are available:

Myofascial Release (MFR) is charged at £30 for 40 minutes or £45 for 60 minutes.

Sports therapy/Deep tissue massage is charged at £30 for 40 minutes and £45 for 60 minutes.

Thai massage is charged at £45 for 60 minutes and £60 for 90 minutes.

Location

Massage appointments are available in the following locations:

Harrogate: Tuesdays and Saturdays
Leeds: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

In Leeds I practice from The Orchard based in Horsforth.

I work during office hours (9 to 5) but occasionally work evenings, and may be flexible with regards to location and time. Please feel free to ask.


Telephone/email consultation are offered at no charge or obligation. These therapies may or may not be effective for you depending on any conditions you may be suffering. I want to be clear that we both expect the same result from the sessions, and therefore will suggest alternatives if I don't think a session is appropriate.
