Using myofascial release techniques the fascial system is released, balanced and integrated leading to the feeling of increased comfort throughout the body. <a href="somatics.php" title="Somatics" class="menuLink" >Somatic</a> Movement Education is a system of mindful movement which works on improving functional movements related to the breath, the posture and simple movements, leading to a greater efficiency of movement.

Discounted rates at the Monday Clinic

There is now the opportunity to experience Rolfing or Somatics at a discounted rate during our Monday clinic. These sessions are available for students and people with special financial circumstances (eg. low income).

Prices

Rolfing:Initial appointment £45 (85 minutes), Follow-up appointments £35 (55 minutes). Savings of 30%

Somatics: One to one appointments £30 (55 minutes). Savings of 25%

Location and Time

The Monday clinic is held between the hours of 10 and 2 at The Orchard, Town Street, Leeds, LS16 7BL. Please mention in your initial contact that you wish to apply for the discounted rate, and book early as there are a limited number of appointments available each week.
