Pricing

Fees for Rolfing are £50 per session, which last approximately one hour.

The sessions include consultation, postural assessment, hands-on soft tissue manipulation (45-50 minutes) and homework. Support is offered between and post sessions via phone or email if required.

The pricing for Rolfing sessions reflect the length of training a practitioner takes before qualifying, as well as the requirements for continuing education and attention to detail in individual sessions. To put it into perspective, it is possible to qualify to practice some forms of complementary therapy in a two day diploma, whereas a Rolfer undergoes an intensive 5 month training before being qualified to use the title.

I have an interest in working with people who would like to receive the Rolfing series but are unable to afford the pricing. If you have limited income and would like to apply for a reduced rate please contact me for discussion. These sessions are subject to availability.

Try Rolfing

Sample sessions are available at a cost of £30 for a session lasting for 40 minutes. These sessions give you a chance to experience the work of Rolfing and to see what it can do for you. Sessions include postural assessment and hands-on soft tissue work. If you have a pre-existing complaint we can work directly with this area.

Location

Rolfing Structural Integration appointments are available in the following locations:

Harrogate: Tuesdays and Saturdays
Leeds: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

In Leeds I practice from The Orchard based in Horsforth.

I work during office hours (9 to 5) but occasionally work evenings, and may be flexible with regards to location and time. Please feel free to ask.

Telephone/email consultation are offered at no charge or obligation. These therapies may or may not be effective for you depending on any conditions you may be suffering. I want to be clear that we both expect the same result from the sessions, and therefore will suggest alternatives if I don't think a session is appropriate.
