The new blog from Rolfing Yorkshire is now available at Leeds Rolfer. This will be a regularly updated blog featuring articles about posture, movement and body awareness, as well information relating to health, science and bodywork.


Feel great in 2012: Introducing Somatic Movement Workshop date confirmed for January 21st

On January 21st 2012 there will be a 2 hour introductory workshop on Somatic Movement. The workshop will be held in Harrogate at the Yorkshire Centre for Wellbeing from 10 till 12.

  • Discover an easy way to improve movement and posture
  • Learn how to release tension and stress from the body
  • Increase physical awareness
  • Develop a personal practice in somatic movement
