Fees

Somatic Movement Education is available in clinical one-to-one sessions and group classes.

Clinical sessions are charged at £40 per hour.

Group classes are not currently being run. Please contact us if you would like to be given advance notice of upcoming workshops or classes, or if you are interested in hosting a class at your location.

Location

Somatics clinical appointments are available in the following locations:

Harrogate: Tuesdays and Saturdays
Leeds: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

In Leeds I practice from The Orchard based in Horsforth.

I work during office hours (9 to 5) but occasionally work evenings, and may be flexible with regards to location and time. Please feel free to ask.

Upcoming workshops

On January 21st 2012 there will be a 2 hour introductory workshop on Somatic Movement. The workshop will be held in Harrogate at the Yorkshire Centre for Wellbeing at 11am. Please book or register interest through the contact page.

Telephone/email consultation are offered at no charge or obligation. These therapies may or may not be effective for you depending on any conditions you may be suffering. I want to be clear that we both expect the same result from the sessions, and therefore will suggest alternatives if I don't think a session is appropriate. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like from the contact page.
